Absolutely disgusted! Friendly sales staff... when you're buying. Once the papers are signed and the vehicle is handed over, there is no customer care, no after sales service. I bought a used vehicle from Hyundai Fourways in June that was advertised as having a full service history. It is now nearly 7 months later and I still have not received one s**** of paper to back that up. No service book ("it was lost"), no effort to find any evidence of a service, and no feedback. Even Riaan Helberg, the dealer principle is now refusing to take my calls. TK (the sales rep), and Khanya (one of the sales managers), as well as Riaan keep making promises and never call you back when they say they will. BE WARNED!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
I had a fridge delivered on Monday, 9th December 2024. On opening the packing we noticed that there was damage on the side. I logged a complaint the same day. It has now been a week since the delivery/complaint was made and to date not one person has bothered to contact me in any way to provide any sort of feedback or advise on replacement. When you call customer care, the phone just rings and rings without answer. It is absolutely useless. On the online chat service, all they keep saying is: "it has been escalated." This is really the worst after sales service I have ever received. What a shame on you. Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service from Hi-Fi Corporation.
