Placed an order on the 8th of December, after numerous follow ups via whatsapp and email i eventually got a reply 2 weeks later stating order has been completed and provided me with an Aramex waybill reference to check tracking after 24h, 4 days later i check aramex tracking and phone then just to find out the reference is not tracking at all, Supplier is ghosting my communication, lets hope with this review we get answers and or make others aware of current problems.
