Worst service ever unprofessional and rude and does not get the job done but quick to take your money!!!

I do not recommend this company to anyone, unprofessional, rude and useless non to say the less. We called them on the 24th of December as the valve in our shower stripped. He pitched up after sometime with an attitude, he charged us R350 call out no problem that is fair. He then came in strip our entire tap in the shower telling us he can't fix it people put all these fancy taps in the house 25 years ago and there is no parts we asked him to check the hot water tap in the kitchen just to replace the valve the tap was working just a bit of a drip but before it also strips to replace, he then stripped the whole tap and said there is no parts for the tap charged us R780 for what he did and left saying he will come back and he never did. You phone the office the woman there also rude keeps saying he will phone us back that was last week Friday we are now on Monday and no phone call or response. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy pathetic non to say the least!!!! We now don't have a shower nor do we have hot water in the kitchen and saying for him to fix the valve he has to break the tiles for another R15k
