Not all that impressed with this company. They helped us on short notice which we appreciate but upon delivery of our package we noticed that the linens were all dirty, smelly and full of pet hair. The glasses were also dirty and had leftover residue inside them. Initially our order was to be delivered on the Friday but Melissa informed us that she would deliver on the Saturday morning because she wanted to make sure everything was clean, thus why we were very upset at the fact that everything was still dirty and when we raised a complaint she threw a tantrum and made it seem as though she was doing us a favor when we hired her services and paid in full. Two glasses were broken which we were happy to pay for as mistakes happen but now she blocked us and is refusing to pay our R100 deposit back, she is very defensive in her review section because she knows that she is unprofessional and arrogant, name calling your customers wont get you far in business. I also have screenshots of our conversations and our calls on record so please lets not lie. NOBODY is bullying you in your reviews we are just being honest about your terrible service. We will not be using them again!
