Poor customer service
They have nice gyms and runs the monopoly. They are renovating the collection gyms without compensating customers. the gym is literally half closed and they expect us to pay full price. Their customer service is very poor and would not consider your issue or complaint. If you can, use other gyms.

Better out there
Not the best experience.Lack communication and dealing with their clients.Ir just about the money for them.If you have a eviction in Pretoria don’t let them do i***** out of their way and always issues with the sheriffs and managing expectations.
