🚨 PUBLIC WARNING – MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALLAN APPLIANCES (SECUNDA) 🚨 I am sharing my experience so that other homeowners can make an informed decision before using Allan Appliances. I contacted Allan Appliances for service of our washing machine. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, I never received a return call from the owner, Shane even after being promised to be called back in 30 min. After I reached out to Shane directly on Whatsapp about the washing machine claimed to be fixed but had the exact same problems then before and missing parts, one of his workers then sent my wife inappropriate messages, which were completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The worker later claimed it was “a mistake,” but the messages were already sent and caused serious concern. To be clear: No proper response or apology was received from the owner. No resolution was offered. No accountability was taken for the behaviour of his staff. This post is based on my personal experience and is meant as a warning to others in Secunda and surrounding areas. If you are considering using Allan Appliances, please think carefully and do your own due diligence before proceeding.

Poor assistance and phone etiquette
Received what I paid for. Very poor phone etiquette by the lady at reception, your still speaking then they put you on hold or transfer you while your still busy speaking. Their staff sounds like they're to busy to help you decently, not to mention the uselessness of them having email or a whatsapp service. Unfortunately I could not get the ladies name at reception. Nothing special about buying here, should have supported our own tire dealership in town.

Beware John April Crafts
Hi all, I would urge people not to make use of John April Crafts. He was operating under a facebook page called Yzerpainters and renovations but recently closed the page after being exposed. It might seem that the work being done is by him but its not. We unfortunately went through a very bad experience with this "builder" and after multiple come backs poor workmanship is the order of the day. Although few might say his work is good, this might be true for painting a garden nob but not anything to do with construction, paint or plastering. Please be aware and do proper research.

Beware: Yzerpainters AndRenovations (Johnthehandyman)
Hi Yzers, I plead with all to be aware of a company called Yzerpainters and renovations run by John. Because of ************ I choose to remain anonymous but prepared to share our part to whoever seeks clarity in te comments privately. Poor workmanship, excuses and "you must understand" is the order of the day when it comes to these guys. We do not expect wonders or magic when it comes to workmanship but if the painting looks like a 5 year olds work it must be said!! I have no doubt that there will be one or 2 happy clients wil very minor work been done by Yzerpainters and renovations run by John but this is shocking. I do not benefit nothing out of this post but it serves as a warning to all to stay very far from this company. I tried to leave reviews on Google and also their Facebook page but unfortunately this is not an option. I wonder why? 🤔

Horrible Experience
Very disappointing behavior from the manager. My wife stopped at the designated disability parking and was attacked and judged by the manager as not having more serious physical disabilities then other clients. Even after offering all paper work and a authorized sign displayed, she continued to judge my wife's medical condition infront of family and strangers. The manager proceeded to her office taking pictures of the vehicle in such a way to make it seem the sign was not displayed. To make it worse the Owner, Claire, does not take the matter seriously even though she pretends on social media. A story was given today about how the manager went through some child issues. Guys stay away from this establishment..
