Unprofessional staff

This place is not the same anymore. Not all the staff show interest in helping the kids and showing patience towards the smaller kids. My son (5) was removed from the climbing wall and asked to leave until he has the “correct” socks. Once he returned with their branded socks (he already had non slip socks on) the attendee purposely ignored him even though he waited in a long line to get back onto the wall. Once my son got to the front of the line , the same guy got up and went to help a different child. Also - why are their only 2 employees in that very busy section on a Saturday when it is the busiest???????? My husband witnessed all this unfold and confronted the employees and also the manager. Small children shouldn’t be treated with such bad attitudes in a place where parents feel that their kids are safe and respected. We choose to spend ALOT of money for only 1 hour of play. And we spend double that as we have twins. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience at this place. I hope they will train their staff better and take pride in how important their jobs really are.
