Outstanding Monies not paid
My name is Natalie Wales. I've been interview by Mrs Charmaine Jampies the Director of React Training College which from part of React24/React Group. When I started there I was provided with an Employment Contract dated from the 30 July 2024 to 31 August 2024. With normal deduction Tax and Uif. After 31 August I was told to continue work then all of a sudden I was given a fixed term contract from dated 30 July 2024 to 31 October 2024. Bear in mind 2 contracts with the same start date but different end dates. During the 1st week in November I've received a natural termination of a fixed term contract end date 30 November 2024 sign by Denver Sauls HR support and Payroll Administrator from React24 Maintenance Specialist. No termination letter from the initial company which I was employed for which is React Training College. I had worked my termination out un till 29 of November 2024. The 30th falls on the Saturday which we not operational on a Saturday. Since my termination I'm struggling to get my outstanding money. Days worked and outstanding leave money. I've send several messages to Mrs Jampies which I have on record every time the same story, she needs to speak to the Le Roux's the other Director's of React24 Maintenance Specials/React Group. I've previously review this on Hello Peter which Mrs Jampies contacted me after it was posted to ask to retract this review in order to get my money. After consideration I retract the review to get my money but since the they kept me in the loop. Matter has been refer to the CCMA.

Outstanding Payment since November 2024
