SHOCKING SERVICE!!!

So... I bought a pair of Converse shoes on 9 December 2024 (on sale) and they delivered the wrong size - I ordered a size 7 and they delivered a 7.5. I have been calling, emailing, sending messages on WhatsApp and even Instagram, ever since, to ask them to exchange or refund my money. To this day, they have not done anything. I call, they don't answer. I did get hold of someone once, and she read my WhatsApp messages and promised to collect the shoes last week - nothing! I do NOT recommend these people at all!! They are ****mers and very very unprofessional.
