I ordered 4 boxes of eggs from them ,but never received them , they came up with a story that ai have to send R200 for delivery which we have never agreed on

I ordered 4 boxes of eggs from them ,but never received them , they came up with a story that ai have to send R200 for delivery which we have never agreed on. I asked them for a refund and they asked for my banking details but up until now they haven't reimbursed my money
