TV Damaged

Hi I bought a TV at makro on 27 August last year an open box TV (meaning some one bought and return it at a price of 14000) in December TV started developing different color lines , I reported this to Makro Woodmead where I bought the TV and they requested for some pictures of which I sent,they then sent CN Tronics to come and collect on the 10th of December. On the 20th I started to ask questions of the progress of the TV that's when I been told that I have damaged the TV I have to pay R8700 to get the screen of I had neva damaged can you please help 🙏

Hi I have a bad experience with Makro Woodmead where I bought an open box TV at a cost of 14000 on 27 August 2024 I asked them if it won't give problem because someone took it back reason being his stand was too small for the TV.later November the TV started to have blurry lines I went to Makro to complain they told me send send pictures, of which I did CN Tronics came and collected the TV on 10th of December 2024 but now they twl me the screen of theTv cost 4000 they are still waiting for Makro to get a go ahead .I tried to contact makro (Nkala Sarah) but I cant get her over the phone. im not happy with their service my you please help their number is 0112089000 email address is Sarah.Tlaka@makro.co.za. my contacts details
