Mac Cosmetics Acrica dropping the ball!!

Mac Cosmetics Africa, really disappointing behaviour. Bought a Ruby Woo lipstick in November last Year. Was really disappointed in how the quality is no longer the same. I have been using this lipstick for years. Decided my relationship with Ruby Woo is over so requested a refund. It's almost two months and they are telling me to get in touch with Aramex who need to come and collect lipstick from me as the delay is from their side. I don't want to play the game blame, I just want this lipstick and money returneed.
