*****ulent Car Sale and Ownership Dispute with Noor Auto

I purchased a Maserati from Noor Auto, but the engine locked just two weeks after the purchase. After four months of intense back-and-forth with them, they agreed to replace the car, provided I topped up an additional 300,000 for a BMW 7 Series (VIN/Chassis: WBA7F02———) on 17/08/2023. Since then, I have been trying to resolve issues with the vehicle paperwork for over a year and a half. To make matters worse, I recently started receiving calls from individuals claiming ownership of the BMW and threatening to repossess it through BMW. Despite spending over 300,000 on repairs at BMW and regular trips to fix various issues, the car still isn’t in my name, making it impossible to sell. Yesterday, I discovered that Noor Auto has moved out when I had to travel to Durban to address these ownership claims.
