Frustrating & Confusing Experience with Mobicred Account Handover and Payment Updates
I am extremely frustrated with the inconsistent and confusing communication regarding my Mobicred account. I have been diligently making payments and even sending through proof of payment (including for May 2025), yet my credit report reflects missed payments, which is both inaccurate and damaging. To make matters worse, I have received multiple conflicting instructions regarding who is handling my account. One moment I'm told it’s DMC_booksale Attorneys, the next it’s VVM Attorneys, and at other times I’m instructed to deal with Mobicred directly. This back-and-forth is not only unprofessional but incredibly stressful for someone simply trying to settle their account and maintain a clear credit record. I have asked for a proper account statement for April, May, and June 2025, and despite several attempts, I have yet to receive a clear and updated document showing what is outstanding. As someone working full-time in a role where I cannot take calls while on duty, I’ve made all attempts via email and submitted valid documentation on time. I now demand clarity and a formal response showing my current account status and who the correct contact is for collections going forward. This situation is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope Mobicred will resolve this promptly and take accountability for the confusion caused.

COLD CASE TRACING IS A BIG ****!!!!
Cold Case Tracing is a ****. I was contacted by Didimalang Motsusi (Case Manager) from Cold Case Tracing regarding unclaimed and unpaid Pension monies due to me. She asked me submit and fil in some documents of I did in July 2024. I have been sending her emails asking for an update as teh forms that I filled in were from ALexForbes, and when I contact AlexForbes about the claim, they say they don't see my details on their system and I dont have any existing profiles or unclaimed monies with them. I went back to Didi asking her to elaborate on this issue, or at least give me a reference number to my claim, but I have been ignored and when I call their numbers, it doesn't exist. I want to find out what's happening and unfortunately no one is coming forward with answers, and these people have my confidential details and documents including my ID, bank information with them. Cold Case Tracing is not to be trusted, DO NOT give them your details. I will fight this fight until I get to the bottom of it.
