I used Uber on the 06 Jan 2025 around still drop off and when we're close driver jumped the street and put brakes and I had my laptop bag and phone was on top ,the bag fell and assemble the phone and I went off to my destination,within 2-3 minutes when I searched my pockets and bag phone was not there and remembered it must have fallen there, immediately called my number and phone was ringing ,ringed all day until was switched off around 18hrs,I logged multiple request via laptop and no response,I tried and tried and only Saturday the 18th they say 'unfortunately the driver did not see it. I really use Uber as I thought it's safe and professional,hw do they respond this late and I know the driver who took my phone must have said it might have been a client maybe he got after me....Worst service ever
