I canceled my Cartrack subscription, yet they continue to try to debit my account. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Despite following the proper cancellation process, I’m still being charged, and customer support has not resolved the issue promptly. I would not recommend their services unless they improve their billing and cancellation process.
I was recently involved in a car accident and one of the first calls I made was to my insurance, Budget. After such a traumatic experience, speaking to Lianne Diedericks from Budget was exactly what I needed. Her professionalism, kindness and genuine empathy completely blew me away. She was an absolute star! Budget handled my claim smoothly with no complications or runarounds. I couldn’t be happier to be insured with them. Truly grateful.
I was renting an apartment in Edleen but had to downgrade to something more affordable due to a change in my financial circumstances. When I app**** for a new place, I was shocked to learn from the new agency that I had been blacklisted for allegedly not paying rent for January and February—something that is completely untrue. I immediately followed up with my previous rental agency, Clockwork Rentals, and spoke to an agent named Alma Cave. Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame to TPN. This raises serious concerns: how can someone be blacklisted without proper verification or cause? This kind of error has real and lasting consequences. Where is the accountability from both TPN and Clockwork Rentals?
Following my previous review, Travelstart reached out to resolve my issue. I was assisted by a lady named Swarna Latha, who provided excellent support and ensured I received my refund. I'm pleased to confirm that Travelstart has successfully refunded my money.
On November 1st, I booked a flight with SAA from OR Tambo to Cape Town through Travelstart. Unfortunately, something came up, and I had to cancel on November 2nd, the day I was supposed to travel. I requested a refund and was informed that it would take up to 12 weeks to process. However, I am still waiting for the refund. I've called many times only to be given the runaround.
The lady that assisted me yesterday was very helpful, kind and friendly. I can't for the life of me remember her name but she was really awesome. We should have more people like her in customer care.
