Can this company be investigated or shut down because we are being ****med here, the service is poor the communication is poor I ordered 2 weaves straight and curly 12 inch and 14 inch on the 27th of January till today I haven't received my order when you text them they keep on promising when you want your money they say they don't refund.
On the 27th of January I was at pep eastrand mall to do an exchange for a backpack that I bought on the 12th of January for a child unfortunately I didn't have the slip of which I know even if you don't have the slip they will assist you with an exchange unless you want a refund that's when they will need a proof of purchase..So I went to the cashier and told her that I brought this backpack because the zip is broken she gave me an attitude that the bag is been used and I don't even have the proof of purchase they won't take my word that I bought it in January..fine she then called her manager even the manager (Sanah) told me that they no longer have this bag they cannot help me since it doesn't have the tag on I must go to another store where they have this bag I was so defeated knowing that I'm in retail too yes rules may not be the same but one thing I know is that you don't turn the customer away because of the item that doesn't have the tag on, she should have called another store or look for an "SKU" on the system not the way that she treated me. I wrote an email to their customer care they told me to give them my number the area manager of that region will call me till today I'm still waiting for their call.
