Visas refused.

Paid over R160 000 and visas were refused I have Australian citizenship by decent and decided to immigrate to Australia with my wife and son who are South African. We approached migrate to OZ and met with Andrew Blanche (Migrate2oz consultant) who advised from day 1 that it would be no problem and he would get my family over as we met all requirements necessary. After several months we received the devastating news that their visas were refused, Migrate to OZ put the blame on an inexperienced case officer at the Australian consulate and advised they would appeal the decision, we found out that this was a lie and nothing ever happened. After reviewing the decision and consulting with a new migration agent we found several faults with the application and crucial evidence that was provided was not submitted. When we questioned Andrew he said he did not include it as he said he believed “It was unnecessary” yet it came up several times on the refusal. Migrate to OZ also submitted incorrect dates and conflicting information that we never provided, some photos dated years before my wife and I ever met. We have had to start the entire process again and I had to leave my family behind and immigrate alone, because of the Judgment they could not even apply for a holiday Visa to visit. Its been almost a year and a half since I have seen my family, we have missed holidays, birthdays and feel torn apart. We have lost so much because of migrate to OZ. Michael Siebert.
