The service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish – from the driver back in the UK right through to delivery in South Africa. The whole process took 2 months, which really exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I can’t fault the service at all. The live tracking of my shipment was smooth and reassuring, as I could always see where things were. The online support, including the in-journey updates and booking the return shipment, was straightforward and very helpful. Both drivers I interacted with were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. A special shout-out to Allan Stabler (also a fellow Liverpool fan!) who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. His help made the whole experience even better.
I want to share my experience with Cambrilearn to help other parents make informed decisions. The teacher-to-student ratio for Year 1 is 1:40, with some classes going up to 46 kids. To make things worse, these lessons only last 45 minutes, which is nowhere near enough time for such a large group of young learners to get the attention they need. Additionally, the timetable is fixed to South African time, making it very inconvenient for international families in places like Miami or the UK. This rigid schedule is particularly frustrating for those using the Standard Package, where live lessons are a key feature. Parents, I strongly recommend you do thorough research before committing to Cambrilearn. From my perspective, they are still working out the kinks and not yet capable of delivering the quality and flexibility they advertise.
