I was involved in a car accident around December and submitted my claim around 10th of January 2025 on Motorsure insurance and they sent me a link to send them pictures for assessment, even now they haven’t responded, I am so disappointed on this insurance please assist

Good morning,I bought a car from Audi Polokwane after some few month the paint started to pill off when I lodge a complain they told me that I should have reported it before 6 month,around December I was involved in a car accident and I realised that this car has been painted because the whole body has body feeler and I feeler like the price of that car it’s not worth it
