I would not recommend this company to anyone. While it is a small-scale immigration firm, it suffers from significant operational and ethical issues. The company appears to prioritize cheap labor over fair treatment and employee welfare, which creates a challenging work environment. There are no proper HR policies in place, and staff members cannot rely on HR to address grievances fairly, as HR seems to have inappropriate relationships with management. This lack of accountability fosters a toxic culture where favoritism and unprofessional behavior thrive. Training is inadequate, yet employees are frequently criticized for their work without being given the tools or guidance to improve. This creates a demoralizing atmosphere where staff feel set up to fail. Most concerning is the treatment of female employees. Male staff often undermine female colleagues, and women are only taken seriously if they conform to certain expectations, which is unacceptable. This gender ************** and harassment make the workplace hostile and unsafe for women. Overall, the company lacks professionalism, ethical standards, and a commitment to employee well-being. I strongly advise against working with or supporting this organization.
