I am very angry. This is *****. I am not their client they debited my account again after giving ms back my refund they used my banking details for the refund to debit my amount again. I need this business to be stopped. We are approaching December how many people like me are going to be ******. Spoke to the manager Mandy she promised me my account will never be debited ever again. Guess what I got my refund in September only to be refunded and debited again now 24 October. I have no agreement with them. Can this business close this is against my rights . I'm violated. I filled in a refund form and had to fill in the refund form with my banking details kante they using my details on that form to debit my account. Please hold Mandy Manger accountable because she assisted me with finance department and assured me my account won't be debited guess what today 24 October I'm debited 1350 plus 149.00 why??the call centre agent so rude to tell me they knocking of they will attend my query Monday.
I am treated with almost disrespect. This company debited my account while I dd not even proceed with their services. I followed all the steps to send a cancelation request the same day I showed interest to join then hardly 24 hours I decided No will no longer want to join them next thing was told to send cancelation emails. I did all of that they sent me a refund form as they owe me money they were not supposed to debit on my account. A very rude consultant named Sindi and her manager have been giving me poor service. I called them now and this girl sending put the phone down telling me other calls are coming in. I asked her so my enquiry is not valid and am I not a client as well? This company is *****ulent it debits your Account they been delaying to paying me back telling me it's pending and sindi told me that I will be paid by the 1st which is what her manager told her to tell me. It is the 4th of September since I hv been following up on the 25th of August about my refund. Please sort this company out and ensure clients rights are adheard to please.
Good evening , it is with a heavey heart that I am writing to you ar 19:43 just when I arrived home from pick n pay westonaria. Looking at my slip that I purchased and the prices advertised for purchasing Dr.Oetker 520g mini 8 pizzas that I purchased at 19:04 ref: *074043 2664 6480002 9 date 02/02/2025 As per my purchased slip. Now my complaint is that. I spoke to the manager at shift by the name of Babalwa Rabula whom I explained that those pizzas I purchased as per their advertised paper on the fridges of the pizzas and other items that it indicated their price that the 529g is R88. 99. Apon my purchase I advised the till worker that the mini pizza I am purchasing it stipulates R88.99 why on the till it says R94.99 as per my slip. Before I payed she called the manager Babalwa Rabula and she came and tried to assist I then told the manager on shift that it's not my first time I experience this. Why do u advertise on the fridges a different price them when we get to the till its a normal price. She said to me well we advertised for the stock still coming hence you don't see it in the fridge. I asked the Manger how is that possible and fair that I take an item on the fridge with an expectation that apps my smartshopper card I will qualify for that price but upon my purchase I find a different price. I have take pictures of the prices and grams of the stock I saw a d also she was there as she was the one saying go ahead. I advised her lady I am not fighting I hear your voice is rather out of place she then left me there. I took all pictures to my proof and proceeded to the counter I was at and She asked me to go to the next till where she will authorize my payment for my items. She never took those items out she just said I must pay with an attitude and also saying maybe u should leave the pizza as it will put my job in line. I said to her I'm taking it I only went to show u the pricing not to change my mind. Pick n pay westonara is my daily shopping store I am so aterly diddaooint that the lady said to me u can go ahead and complain on our website I informed her no I will do it on hello Peter she said its fine with an attitude. On thing I want pick n pay westonaria to know is while I left with her the lady at the till mocked me with other workers saying I'm trouble gossiping o About me infront of my kids I left standing in the line . They told me how they felt humiliated that the stff members spoke in their language yet they heard them and still they continued. I need prompt action taken because I asked the Manger u can see I a .buying my Groceries Here as per my smart shopper details and I did give it in the beginning when I purchased my items but that was taken as if I I am nor a regular shopper. Hello Peter please assist me I will not allow myself to be humilated by prices advertised yet when I get to the till I am taken like I am a stranger
