Please do not take your car for a service at Mahindra Brits. Car booked in 07:32, 12:13 called to say no service plan whereby I have one, 14:30 called them to ask if my car is done, still on the lift. Got to them and then my service booked missing, left without the book they will look for it. Give car back without any inspections done, left garage without being issued with an invoice or nothing so don't even know what they did with my car. Staff very unprofessional. I had to phone for an invoice to have proof what they had done.
Bought a brand-new car in Aug 2024. Had to go for fist service and car not even register for warranty nor service. Lost one full day as the dealership in Tzaneen don't even have the invoice from the other branch thus the car not registered on Mahindra System for car services neither warranties. I will never buy another Mahindra car. Because when I wanted to service my car in Brits, the manager was so rude telling me I need to sort it out myself and can take my car somewhere else to be serviced.
First service booked for my XUV300, 03.02.2025. Service advisor only communicated in the morning my NVR not loaded for my car, so his first service of 10000km they cant do, I need to sort it out with the dealer whereby I bought the car. I inform the dealer principal about no communication from her team and her words to me, I can take my car and go to another dealer for a car service, so I personally think her attitude stinks to treat a client like this. So Brits Mahindra wont see me again not event to buy another Mahindra I would rather go back to Chery!
