How the mighty have fallen. Once a premium, exclusive street wear supplier, Shesha has fallen way below the acceptable level. I order an NBA t-shirt online, and boy was I let down. I received the incorrect t shirt. I must be honest , the return and collection process was effortless, but following that ,the after sale service non existent , they completely ghosted me. Since the 08/01/2024 I have had not feedback on the progress of the return/refund/exchange. It's like I am dealing with on of those shady online shops. If there is anyone at Shesha who cares to save this sleeping giant, please receive this complaint and do something about it
I Know of ****a shops that operate better than fastway. I returned an item on 08/01/2025 and to date there hasn't been any feedback or updates on the return. Notwithstanding several follow-ups, there's been not meaningful feedback. To be honest I am starting to thing the return parcel was misplaced or maybe grew legs and disappeared. Their service suck, their support channels might as well be taken down because they offer no assistance. The service consultants ( whatapp) say anything to close the query ( lie). I repat Fastway SUCKS!
