ABOVE AND BEYOND FROM JHB REMOVALS

We are truly grateful to JHB Removals, Robyn and their splendid crew for orchestrating our move so well for our daughter. It was a very stressful time for our family and Robyn kindly held our hands all the way. She was always available even after hours with feedback and words of encouragement. Something that is lacking in humanity currently, so that was very refreshing and very much needed. The crew were great... gentle with our goods and it turned out to be a fun day actually - lots of laughter and good cheer, yet hard work. Sadly, there was a 1 day delay in delivery, however we were warned about the possibility (being a part load move and all), so it was no biggy for us. We were kept in the loop by the driver and Robyn during the whole process. All of our furniture arrived in fantastic order and was kindly moved to all the respective rooms with care and precision. Thank you to all of you for a surprisingly stress-free experience.
