Failed to deliver the order or refund the money back

We had a very traumatic experience with this company, we have done two drimacs samples with them and placed an order based on the second sample that they got right. We have placed an order for 50 drimacs; they did not do the order, and they were no where to be found from their offices. They did not call us, we are the ones calling them trying to get the order or our money back. They are refusing, the owner is so disrespectful and we did not know her until we deposited the money and they refused to pay us back. We are still not paid back or received an order. Please be warned, we chose them over other suppliers thinking they are legit, but we regret ever travelling to Centurion to their offices leaving so many suppliers behind.
