I contacted Accelerit at 09h30 - it is now 16h00 - and my internet service is still not working and no response. They should be refunding people when they cannot provide a reliable connection. This is the worst privuder.
Disappointing. Constant disconnection. I work from home, disruptive. 3-4 days to resolve issues, yet quick to take your money, same issues last year, this year looks no different. You have to give notice to cancel them and get a new provider - they make it difficult to change provider. Accelerit as an internet service provider is the worst, their technical support is no better! Where are their management - always absent and cannot deal with these issues .., but feeding off easy money from consumers every month!! It’s like dealing wit a municipality office, the attitude that you must just wait!!!
