We had planned to celebrate my 7-year-old daughter's birthday at Bossa with our family, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Despite confirming our booking on February 3rd and reconfirming just yesterday morning, we arrived only to be told that they had double-booked our space. Instead of honoring our reservation, they suggested we move to an indoor area downstairs—far from the play area—where we wouldn’t have a clear view of the children. This was not a suitable alternative, and my daughter was devastated when we had to pack up and leave. To make matters worse, neither of the managers on duty offered any apology or explanation. This level of mismanagement and lack of customer care is completely unacceptable.
