Kia Springs, WOW I'm lost for words thank you for finally selling us a white Picanto. Never in my life have I heard about customer service being this pathetic. There was a lack of communication from not one but 2 sales persons Zak and Brian at pre owned vehicles. 1 week prior before we got this white Picanto we were actually looking at the red one that was sold while the deal was pending. We were buying through a Trust so we had the money it wasn't like we were waiting for approval from the bank yet they went and sold the car we wanted. Both sales persons spoke directly to the woman from the Trust and 3 weeks prior they have asked for a R10 000 deposit when I spoke to the DP (Dealer Principal) he indicated they weren't supposed to take any deposits from any customers. On the same day I've learned there was 5 deposit taken from customers for the same vehicle (Red Picanto). Then the price was increased by an additional R10 000.
