wish I could rate this guy 0 stars Was approached by El Diesel, when I advertised my girlfriends car for sale, however the vehicles disc had expired. Apparently he's been doing vehicle licensing for 13 years, was real professional with sending a Proforma invoice and asked for the relevant vehicle information, for the earlier mentioned vehicle. Started by paying R700, which was initially agreed upon, then over the course of 3 days..has give us many stories, requesting more and more money - we're now R1500 in the hole and have still not received any confirmation that the licensing has been done!
