Bad Experience
I had a very bad experience, excessively overcharged to replace the garage door part and still the door could not close properly.

They charged me R2,800 to install an arm link bracket that I later saw for R29 on the Titangarage website, yet my garage door still doesn’t close properly. When I called to address the issue, they pointed to additional items listed on the invoice that needed yo be done , even though the door was functioning fine before the bracket broke. When I mentioned that I regretted not checking Hello Peter reviews before hiring them, they dismissed my concerns, saying I could do as I pleased. When I pointed out their history of bad reviews, they abruptly hung up on me.
