Poor customer response
After being a loyal customer for over six years, I was shocked when my account was suddenly closed without any explanation. They deducted crypto claiming it was to prevent a "dusting" attack but never responded to any of my five service requests. Despite their claims of genuine care in their review response, they never bothered to provide any real customer support before closing my account without notice. If this can happen to me, it could easily happen to anyone. Thankfully, I reached out to TRANXCHK, @Gmā1l,cøM who provided professional and genuine help. There are definitely better exchanges out there—don’t trust them!

Potential investors should beware
Luno is a ****. I reported a missing deposit on Nov 15, 2024, and despite multiple follow-ups, they ignored me and shut down my account on Nov 20. They claim the funds were sent but won’t provide proof, like a transaction ID or blockchain link. When I asked for evidence, they refused, stating they’re not obligated to give it.
