BUBBLEGUM TABLET

THERE SHOULD BE A ZERO RATING FOR THIS MONEY MAKING SCHEME.. April we bought a 10inch Bubblegum Tablet from ToyzRUS for R2 500. Next week the Tablet screen breaks and we send it in for repairs Bill R 700. Tablet returns from repairs the Tablet is slow,it doesn't respond to touch..to such an extent the our daughter cracks the screen in frustration trying to press the screen. However this time is a small Screen 1cm.(which I doubt has any effect on the screen performance) We call ToysRUS and explain our situation and we told to take the tablet to store. The store calls us to pop out another bill of R 700 to fix the screen to which we refused. The Bill goes down to R539 which we refused again...which again goes down to R400 which we still refused. We reported again to ToysRUS headoffice which we were told the Tablet will be collected and sent to Bubblegum to have it repired. After giving us a run-around for two weeks, the store calls two weeks later saying the tablet is back...we get there to collect and the tablet is in the same condition . We were told: 1. The Tablet needs a Memory Card to function 2. The Tablet cannot open multiple apps (bare in mind the Box says it can do so) We have left the Tablet in store and refuse to take it back. Hope ToysRUS Head Office will resolve this issue. I regret not looking at the reviews before purchasing this piece of garbage.!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY BUBBLEGUM PRODUCT.MONEY WASTED CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO. THANK YOU Regards
