I am extremely concerned about how Pantherbet has handled my account. I deposited a significant amount of money into my account and was not informed of any restrictions. I was able to access parts of the platform (casino), but could not place bets on the sportsbook. At no point was I clearly notified that my account had been flagged or restricted. After contacting support, I was told I could withdraw my funds. However, the moment I requested a withdrawal, it was cancelled and my account was placed under “review” for my betting behaviour. Since then: - My account has been fully locked (no betting and no withdrawals) - I have not been given any clear reason for the review - I have not been provided with any timeframe for resolution - Support has been unable to confirm whether my deposited funds are safe What is especially troubling is that I was allowed to deposit funds while my account was already restricted, without any warning. Only when I attempted to withdraw did this issue escalate. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning. Based on this experience, I would urge others to exercise extreme caution when depositing funds.
