Appauling Service
Dcue Driving School has proven itself to be an utter embarrassment to the community of black-owned businesses. My daughter was promised not only her learner's and driving licenses but also reliable transportation to and from Springs. However, the experience turned into an absolute nightmare due to their lack of communication. I found myself having to constantly pressure them just to get them to book her learner's license. They insisted she was ready for testing, yet I had to repeatedly follow up to find out when that testing would actually take place, as they never bothered to keep me informed. Despite my daughter finally passing her driving test, she still does not possess a valid driving license because the instructor failed to make the necessary payment for it to be issued. This occurred even after I had transferred the funds to him! The owner, Donald, along with his wife Lizzy and son Kathlego, exhibit a level of incompetence that is appalling for anyone running a business. It is disgraceful to think that they are representing black entrepreneurship in this manner. Small business owners, take note: this is not how you build a reputation or serve your community. The lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by Dcue Driving School is a cautionary tale. If you value your clientele and aspire to uplift and support your community, learn from their mistakes. Don’t let this undefined chaos tarnish the reputation of hard-working black-owned businesses.

Best Staff Ever
Like to give recognition to all the staff, very professional, efficient and caring. During the hardest time of losing my sister they went above and beyond to ensure everything was hustle free. May they continue to be kind to others
