Chris is a ***** and a *****. I called him regarding my car not wanting to start. He came and used his tools claiming to do diagnostic tests on the car. He then said it's the battery and spark plugs. He inflated the prices of the battery and spark plugs and charged me additional costs. The car still wouldn't start. He then came back to do his 'diagnostic' kept on claiming he is struggling with signal then asked me to hot spot him as he didn't have enough data. He then does guess work and claimed that I need a new Throttle body and crank shaft sensor. He stole my crank shaft senor. When I tried to contact him he keeps dropping my calls. He then kept on harassing me to pay him yet my car isn't moving. I paid him for the initial labor regardless of my car still not starting. He is the worst mechanic you could ever ask for assistance from. He is a ********. I've involved the police in this matter
