Horrible Customer Service - Cancellation of all Services
Made the mistake of trusting them to supply us with Vw Crafter Panel Vans. The vehicles had to be converted to ambulances for a well established company in Gauteng. Almost lost a R30 Million contract due to Fred van Der Merwe and his superiors lying about delivery time, Conversion time, Cost and fees that they agreed to settle ect. Fooled by all their promises, I paid the money for the first few vehicles which was not available as mentioned, and so endless problems started. Fred van der Merwe started ignoring my calls and I had to drive through a week later to check on any progress. The Panel Vans was not delivered to Angelo Kater as confirmed by him two days prior. Had to hear the duration for conversions would take up to 3 weeks longer than he promised. Have made contact with his Head of department, and the lady promised she would ask him to return from leave to address the issues. Until this day she did not even have the decency to provide a solution or feedback. Have decided to not deal with them any further regarding more vehicle purchases and services. Lindsay Saker group has stepped up and are willing to assist me in this regard. Still however have to phone Fred and his superiors on a daily basis to get my funds from them that was agreed to be paid, and they are still playing cat and mouse games. Disgusted with the way Bidvest McCarthy VW Witbank treats clients and continue to do so.

Motus Toyota Johannesburg City - ********* practise. Poor client service
********* business practise. Enquired about a vehicle on the 26th of February 2025. Sales Executive, Sabelo informed that the vehicle is available and I can proceed with payment. Immediately after proof of payment was sent, I was informed they sold the vehicle to another client. Did however promise me delivery on 12 Feb as my payment was reflecting. I was informed today my vehicle has arrived, but as soon as I wanted to collect, another story came that they can not sell to me as another client purchased once again. Did communicate with the Dealer principal and he assured me I can collect immediately. However the Sales Executive simply told me not possible. Dishonesty and poor service from Motus Toyota
