⭐ 0 stars – misleading, poor quality, and no documentation
I ordered from Nivora believing it to be a legitimate and trustworthy business. The product that arrived was poor quality and not as advertised, and clearly not worth the price paid. More concerning was the complete absence of any documentation. There was no invoice, no guarantee or warranty, no certification, no instructions, and no return paperwork included with the product. For a legitimate business — particularly one selling this type of product — this is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about credibility and compliance. The product itself felt cheap and substandard, despite being presented as a quality item on the website. This does not align with how the product is marketed. Customer service has been unresponsive and evasive, with no clear escalation process and no meaningful assistance provided when concerns were raised. I am still pursuing a full refund. Based on my experience and the volume of similar complaints, I would strongly caution others to avoid this company.

Tardiness - lack of professionalism
Review of Dr. Marc Röscher – Knysna I recently had an appointment with Dr. Marc Röscher, but my experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unimpressed. Upon arrival, the receptionist was chewing food while assisting me, which did not create a professional first impression. The waiting area floor was visibly dirty—not just from windblown debris. When I inquired about it and expressed my concern, I received no reassuring response. Dr. Röscher then entered the reception area, and unfortunately, his personal presentation did not set an example of health and professionalism for his patients. Inside the consulting rooms, I observed what appeared to be lapses in clinical hygiene and professionalism. The door to one of the rooms was left ajar, and I could clearly see a patient lying on the bed, partially uncovered in an undignified manner. This lack of privacy and discretion was concerning. At this point, I decided to trust my instincts and left before the consultation even began. Looking at reviews from other patients across various platforms, it seems I may have dodged a bullet. Professionalism, cleanliness, and patient dignity are non-negotiable in medical care. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
