****mers!!. Not only do they sell ****s and lie that they are OGs they also sent me worn shoes that had gum underneath. The other pair was so different to the images on their website. Tried reaching out but I consistently got blueticked. Don't waste your money

Horrific after sales by money hungry vultures!
Wish I could give a minus zero star review. Also I wish I had read the reviews on hello Peter. The after sales is horrific. I don’t know how I subscribed to a recurring purchase with them but as soon as I found out I asked for a cancellation of the subscription and the order before it was even packed. Their refund policy states that as long as the order hasn’t been shipped it was possible. My request was sent before they opened their store. I got a response to say unfortunately they can’t cancel the order even though it hadn’t been packed or shipped. I responded immediately to remind them of their refund policy and got ignored. A couple hours later I get an email that my order has been packed and is being shipped. ***??? I sent another email and they are now ignoring me. I will say Their collagen is good but is far from tasteless. Really disappointed in these money hungry vultures who don’t have any customer care. They forget that they might need you tomorrow. Getting a bit too big headed and overestimating their importance! I recommend you buy somewhere else because if you have an issue after they take your money you’re on your own
