FG TELECOMS. If I could give this company a ZERO I would! They promised us high-speed internet. They promised that even if mainstream service providers went down, we would not because they are 'higher up on the ladder' - at the same level as emergency services. They also promised a 300meter wi-fi radius. They also promised a 'fai*****' service as a backup incase something goes wrong. This is all a load of doggy doo. Our internet is intermittent at best, slower than private mobile data, and only works in the office. I'm not sure that their fai***** emergency system is even connected. According to Vodacom, we have been sold the standard VodaLTE. So they told us a pack of lies! When we phone in the problem, we are told to 'reboot the system'. How many times a day do we have to do this before they acknowledge that their system does not work? WHEN they send a technician, the poor chap arrives after hours because he is so busy trying to fix their faulty system in other areas of KZN. After two years of complaining, we are still no better. We have tried to get a meeting with Nick (the boss), but he is always too busy(???). The office staff are polite, but a company is only as good as its product (and this product is terrible). Do not fall for their sales pitch. They cannot deliver on their promises. DO NOT TOUCH FG TELECOMS - TOXIC! Oh guess what,? I cant post this because I don't have internet. I'll have to go to Mug and Bean to use their reliable internet.
