Unpleasant experience with RD Custom Furniture/ Roberts Designs

I ordered my couch in November and paid the full amount before the set date of the delivery which was the week of the 20th December. I had to chase them around to try and find out progress on the couch. They do not answer emails or calls and failed to keep me in the loop on why things were delayed. After chasing them around on numerous accounts I was told of an issue with the workers. To try and give them leeway I agreed to at least have it delivered in the first week of January 2025 only for them to go radio silent. I even had to get someone else to call as my calls were being ignored. The excuse was then that I had chosen ‘difficult’ material which was not what I had been told. After conversations of taking legal action I received a couch that did not look anything like the advertised images. Do not be fooled! I would never suggest their services to anyone I know.
