Telkom services is terrible. They're always overcharging me. I am considering to cancel and settle with them.
I was supposed to be Debited on the last day of month as we agreed. But unfortunately Telkom didn't and I had money into my account. Then surprisingly all my services were suspended without any communication. I went to one of the Telkom outlets to inquire. I've given them all the necessary information they've asked me. We called Billing department to seek assistance unfortunately the lady we've spoken to by the name of Andile Dube she couldn't help "she said sorry there's nothing she can do". Neither the less I've received great service from Rebafilwe From Telkom Village Express Hartbee****rt.
