Avoid This Pool Company – Terrible Service and Unprofessional Behavior After last week's heavy rains, I hired Simunye Pool Services to clean, vacuum, and change the pool filter sand. I paid several thousands rands for what was supposed to be a quick, two-hour job. However, a week later, and a second call out, my pool is still a murky mess, with sediment left on the bottom of the pool. To make matters worse, the owner, who displayed extreme arrogance and entitlement, now wants to charge me an additional call-out fee. He even went as far as telling me to use someone else, claiming I should be "lucky" that he helped me at all. The lack of professionalism, poor service, and rude attitude from this company is shocking. I strongly recommend you think twice before using their services. Instead, go with a reputable pool company in your area that values customer satisfaction. Check reviews on HelloPeter and Google before making any decisions.
