Avoid this Logistic company at all cost!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Smanga Mncwango's logistics company. I paid R1500 upfront for the transportation of 3 boxes and 2 suitcases from Cape Town, which was promised to be delivered promptly. However, it's been [insert number] weeks since I made the payment on January 9th, and I still haven't received my belongings. What's even more appalling is that Smanga has completely ignored my calls and messages, leaving me with no updates or communication whatsoever. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from a logistics company. I would strongly advise against using their services, as you risk losing your valuables and experiencing extreme frustration. *Beware:* Paying upfront may lead to a lack of accountability and motivation to deliver your goods.
