I placed an order with Fila on the 27th of February. Since that day I have check my order status on the website and nothing has changed. I then received an email saying there's a delay in the order and then another one straight after saying it wasn't the correct email sent. I then receive another email saying there's a delay in my order. Finally the following day I receive an email to say there was a system error when I placed my order and there's actually no stick of the item but they are prepared to give me a discount code. This doesn't help me in anyway as I am still without a refund or shoes. How is this acceptable? There is no proper communication with regards to whAts happening and my order status still says unfulfilled.
