Disappointing Experience with Orbit Rings

My husband and I exchanged vows on December 14, 2024, and I was thrilled to find the perfect black wedding band on Orbit Rings' website - the Black Damascus. The ring arrived on time, and initially, it looked stunning. However, after just three months, the ring's beauty faded, and it now appears cheap and worn out. I shared my disappointment with Orbit Rings, but unfortunately, their response was underwhelming - a 10% discount. I'm not seeking compensation or a resolution; instead, I want to caution others to thoroughly research and choose their "forever ring" wisely.
