Regretful interactions with this company and their agents

The agents at this company have the ability to perform in unexpected ways, such as: - The ability to ignore communication from prospective or existing clients: 9/10. They excel at ignoring phone calls, but when they are trying to reach you, you have to be available IMMEDIATELY, otherwise you will experience rude comments and behaviour. - The ability to provide false information: 8/10. They are untruthful about the upkeep of properties prior to moving in. When viewing one of the properties, I found many problems that would have ultimately become my problems had I chosen to pursue the property. - Unprofessionalism: 9/10. They are only after your money. Do they need to meet a quota of some sort or do they earn commission? Either way, we are still human beings and deserve to be treated as such. In short, I wish I read the other reviews given to this company prior to attempting to commence business with them. Ultimately, I have decided to proceed with agents from another company.
