My son works in the Netherlands. He sent documents through DHL to be apostilled. The documents are now at Customs in South Africa. Neither Customs, nor Global Apostille Legislation can get the documents released. There's just no will from any party to sort this problem out. We have sent numerous emails, made numerous phone calls to no avail. Global Apostille Legislation keeps saying they will come back to us but never do. We are at a dead end not knowing what to do. My son is going to loose his job if this back and forth communication continues. Very very very bad service at this company and Customs.
