Please help with cancellation of vehicle with eastvaal motor Witbank
The service is very very bad I purchase a bakkie 2024 December the car triggered alarms the whole week day and night,at the malls ,events where thes sound ,shades ,winds or rains then I notified sales man, they promised to come and collect a vehicle believe me they did not until I return it myself .when I get there they said ME’myself I must take the car to there $ there unfortunately those places where closed because of December holidays .other sales man suggested if I can check with tracking device maybe it can be their faulty installation I return back with a bakkie to the tracker,they found nothing wrong ,back to eastvaal motor city Witbank again that’s when they book a car for inspection, they where quite no updates no calls no emails for three weeks ,we went to meet with the manager verbally we agreed on sales cancellations, he asked time to write cancellations letters, calculations for kilos I drove and bank calculations fees which he said its going to be paid by me.I bought a vehicle on 54129km returned with 54667km (@R4.84) +R2500.00 bank cancellation fee.his email stated R14416.08.I asked him to review his calculation he’s no longer communicating and he’s giving my lawyer difficult time, is now four month still experiencing the debit Order from bank.what makes me sadder worse is that while I was driving my daughter s car which is bought from the same dealership eastvaal motor Witbank, at the road block only to find out that a car owes R3.600 tickets from previous owner. My daughter had to fight with the manager Jaco, report off duty, for the matter to be fixed.please help with a right cancelled and I also need my money back

On December 13 2025 I purchased vehicle np200 then I experience a problem with a car I asked for cancellation, the manager Jaco send me an email on how much I must pay of which I don't agree with it
