Blackview's service is extremely poor. I took my watch in because the charger was not working properly. They did not have the accessories in the shop, so Daleen instructed me to book in the watch and charger. After 2 weeks without any updates, Amelia informed me that the watch was damaged beyond repair (even though only the charger was faulty). Two weeks later, Blackview claimed that the watch couldn't be replaced under warranty due to physical damage. This situation arose because the charger issue escalated to the point where the watch was deemed irreparable while in their possession. Blackview consistently makes excuses to avoid honoring warranty replacements. #frustrated
